"I never bought into Ameriplan as a business or a benefit, but know a rep who created great income and then lost his home after getting involved in the business. What disturbs me most is Mark Jarvis leaving Ameriplan to start his own MLM under the name of Zurvita.Right now the push is a discount coupon service that can be gotten free if one searches on the internet, so why build an MLM around something that is free? There are also dead links to upcoming 'health benefits" and "legal benefits" programs... so I guess whether Ameriplan works or is a scam, he is thinking he will get a MUCH BIGGER piece of the pie going out on his own. Looks like with the legal benefits, he'll be competing with PrePaid Legal.I'm not really happy that Mr. Jarvis is promoting it the way he is. I don't believe in using "God" or any other entity of that nature as a 'marketing or recruiting tool." But that's just my opinion."

Ameriplan is a real company and is not a scam...I have read lots of people complaining about ameriplan...I must say Ameriplan isn't perfect..who is! But alot of times its a misunderstanding or the person who brought them into the business or as a member said the wrong things to them...like for example I have seen that people are saying that ameriplan comes off saying that they are insurance...and that is not true! Do your research people! Alot of times for ex reps they complain just because they didn't follow the rules and broke them and then didn't like the fact that they were no longer a rep...and blamed ameriplan...when really it was their fault!

I just started with ameriplan and am in the process of my training. I popped on the internet to see if there was anything else about the company I could be informed of. I found this blog site and am reading good and bad. Now I am confused. I need to work at home I have 3 small children which makes it impossible to work outside the home. So far I have been confident, but after reading all this scam crap on here I am becoming very sceptical. can anyone give me some insight on this. I can hardly afford my rent now and am in college so I really do not want to do something I will regret. And what is this talk about obama winning over ameriplen with his own insurance plan? Help I do not understand.

The primary issues regarding AmeriPlan is "participating providers" conveniently accessible to discount health subcribers seeking medical attention; representatives either "misleading" prospects or "incompetant" in sales pitch and disillusioned subcribers as well as former representatives whose expectations were well beyond the promotional pitch that separated them from their cash.
How to Cancel AmeriPlan
*Email stop@stopmembership.com; include your membership or IBO status; state your desire to cancel along with your name and member or IBO number. Your cancellation should be in effect 30 days from the date you send the email; you will be charged one more time.
I also suggest, while You are on-line, submit a complaint to Your local "Better Business Beaurau"
Briefly state your cancellation concern and inform that you've followed company policy to properly cease "automatic deductions" from Your banking institution account.
Your Better Business Beaurau will contact the company, which works for You two-fold.
1) The Corporation will expedite cancelling Your account
2) In the event an additional "automatic deduction occurs" ~ You are protected and in-line for a refund by amending your "initial" BBB complaint which has a documented date that is the same as Your cancellation email request.
