Are Employment Cover Letters Important?
Now that more and more companies use on-line applications, job hunters may wonder if cover letters gives them advantages. For the most part, if the applicant has unique qualities and/or acquaintances like celebrities, politicians or relatives that are successful business people; then yes, by all means submit cover letters with your applications. On the other hand, if one has just been the average employee with no significant accomplishments, just fill in a LOT of on-line applications and hope human resources calls to set up an appointment to interview.
