Consolidations Manager By Jan Green of JazLive Open Public Networking Community Responsibilities: • Prepare subsidiaries’ and consolidated cash flow statements. • Consolidate monthly financial statements. • Reconcile foreign currency gains/losses and translation adjustments. • Reconcile intercompany accounts. • Calculate weighted average shares outstanding. • Value option grants and record stock-based compensation expense. • Ensure compliance with FAS123R. • Reconcile outstanding stock to third party administrator. • Aid in preparation and tie out of SEC filings and earnings release support. • Special projects. Qualifications: • Accounting Degree. • CPA. • 5-10 years experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong organization skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Equity Edge experience preferred. • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
