Digestive Rinse
Digestive Rinse Like rinsing the mouth, the digestive system can also be rinsed. Rinse Solution: 1 quart of warm water 2 level teaspoons of "natural sea salt" [preferably from a health food store - no iodine - 100% sea salt] Mix well and drink the entire quart content. ** Pace drinking consumption to Your comfort level [try to finish within 10 min] ** Do not plan to leave home until the solution has expelled ** Solution equates to the consistency of blood ** Sea Salt solution does not absorb in the body, it passes through This solution is NOT a laxative; thus should not cause discomfort while passing through the digestive system. The solution works best on an empty stomach; thus the suggested time to rinse the digestive system is when one awakes from a long-term sleep [since people have different sleep habits, this rinse works best when one has slept continuously at least 6 - 7 hours]

Contributor's Note
I tried this solution for the first time in mid-March. I can not stress my digestive system; thus, do not consume laxatives [since the mid 70s]. Prior to this discovery, we consumed 'raw garlic pods' which was more aggressive in digesting and took longer to completely expel. Everyone in my household practice this regiment at least once a month, without protest. We all have gained a sparks of energy afterwards.
