Despite limited contact with his father and other siblings; he took time to meet his brother Mark (Obama) Ndesandjo, who lives in China, during his trip to meet with Chinese leaders in November 2009. Mark has written a book about his experience with their father, titled " Nairobi to Shenzhen " Mark uses the surname of his step-father; is an accomplished pianist; an alumnus of Brown University and Emory University (MBA); currently advises Chinese corporations.

This would be interesting reading. Obama is definitely an outstanding role model for many based on his success and personal qualities despite the many obstacles he faced.

Broken families are blamed for many sibling shortcomings. President Obama is a great example of personel desire overcoming family situations.
